The calculator divides possible inactive profiles by total billable profiles, then applies that share to current monthly spend.

Spend exposure is not guaranteed savings. Klaviyo prices by tiers. Removing 10 percent of profiles can produce no invoice change if the final count stays inside the same tier.

Account age, acquisition source, email volume, and buying cycle vary too much for one honest default. Use a real segment count when available.
Why can the invoice change be lower than the spend exposure?
Klaviyo uses plan tiers. A lower profile count only changes the invoice when it qualifies for a lower plan and that plan change takes effect.
Does the calculator connect to Klaviyo?
